HOPE&PLUM WARRANTY POLICY
We stand behind the craftsmanship of all our products. Our carriers are handmade, which may result in slight variations in appearance or other minor differences that do not affect their use or safety. We offer a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for all carriers, and a 60-day limited warranty for accessories and non-carrier items. This warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase.
Warranty Periods:
- Carriers: 1-year warranty
- Accessories and Non-Carriers (e.g., drool pads, storage bags, etc.): 60-day warranty
How to Submit a Warranty Claim:
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at [email address] with the following information:
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Product name and SKU/item number
- Description of the issue
- Proof of purchase
Washing Instructions:
Proper care is essential to maintaining your product's longevity and performance. Please refer to the washing instructions provided with your product. Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage that could void your warranty. We recommend gentle washing and air drying to preserve the integrity of your carrier.
Warranty Exclusions:
Any alterations made after purchase, including but not limited to ring/buckle swaps, fabric dyeing, or tag removal, will void the warranty. Products that have been altered or purchased secondhand are not eligible for warranty claims.
Repair:
We also offer a limited repair program for U.S.-based customers. This program covers non-manufacturing issues, such as damage from user error (e.g., a broken buckle or strap). Please contact us if you need a repair due to accidental damage, and we’ll be happy to assist. Repairs and shipping costs are the consumer's responsibility.
